Working with partner Advance IT Minnesota, MnC3 is exploring establishment of FUSION Residencies for security learners. Employers develop their own cyber talent with the real-world projects and skills they need. Students get paid while earn their degree, build their network and launch their cyber career.

Recruiting Female students in Information Technology
Funded by MnC3 partner Advance IT Minnesota, Dr. Tirthankar Ghosh and his female students in the IT Security program at St. Cloud State University work with area high schools, visiting classrooms, and making presentations to attract more female students in the Information Technology program.
