Study of Wireless Mesh Network performance and security with embedded systems
This is a funded project from Emerson Process Management. Dr. Yi Zheng from Electrical and Computer Engineering and Dr. Tirthankar Ghosh from CSIT at SCSU received a 3 year funding from Emerson to study the electrical engineering, networking, and security aspects of wireless mesh networks formed with embedded devices. Students from Electrical Engineering and Information Technology Security are working on researching and testing the performance and security of these networks in a laboratory setting.
